It takes an INSANE amount of mental strength to attain and maintain a fit physique. So much for me that I consistently wake up out of my sleep from a reoccurring nightmare where I have overindulged in sweets, completely sabotaging my efforts. Although this lifestyle comes as a challenge at times, I welcome the pain as a form of improving my mental stability. Motivation is always on high as I strive to become the best version of me.
