Have you ever found yourself torn between wanting a snack or wanting to LOOK like a snack?
Man…. sometimes my mental gets the best of me! Yesterday I completely freaked out, skipped the gym and ate whatever the hell I wanted. Why? Because I feel like I’m going backwards. Sometimes when our goals are so big, they can be overwhelming. I’ve got a lot of stuff going on. Deadlines, deadlines and more deadlines. I allowed my brain to gain control over my wants and it straight sold me out and tried to sabotage me. Well… Not today! If you find yourself having an off day, that’s ok. It won’t make or break you. But make sure you show who’s boss and get back to business!
